Customer Service Manager – Leisure Centre

About the role

We are looking for a Customer Service Manager to lead the front‑of‑house team at a busy leisure centre in Swanley. You will be the first point of contact for members, ensuring a warm welcome and smooth experience across all touch‑points.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and motivate the reception and customer service team to deliver high‑quality service.
• Handle enquiries via phone, email and face‑to‑face, maintaining a friendly and professional tone.
• Promote memberships, classes and activities, driving member engagement and retention.
• Maintain a clean, organised reception area and ensure accurate handling of cash and card transactions.
• Safeguard customer data in line with data protection policies.
• Support health and safety procedures to provide a safe environment for visitors and staff.
• Identify training needs and coordinate ongoing staff development.
