Customer Service & Order Processing Executive – Dental Supplies

About the role

Join a leading specialist healthcare supplier as a Customer Service & Order Processing Executive. You will be the primary point of contact for customers, ensuring a seamless experience from order placement through delivery while supporting the company’s growth ambitions.

Key responsibilities

• Process customer orders received via telephone, email, website, CRM and other channels.
• Handle enquiries about product availability, deliveries and account information.
• Maintain order accuracy and high service standards throughout the customer journey.
• Coordinate deliveries with third‑party carriers and internal resources, confirming schedules with customers.
• Keep CRM records up‑to‑date and capture valuable customer insights.
• Identify upselling and cross‑selling opportunities during interactions.
• Collaborate with colleagues to ensure efficient dispatch and exceed expectations.

Required profile

• Previous experience in customer service, order processing, sales support or administration.
• Excellent communication and telephone skills.
• Strong attention to detail and high accuracy.
• Ability to multitask and prioritise in a fast‑paced environment.
• Proactive, adaptable and enthusiastic attitude.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM systems.
• Experience using order processing or business management software.
