Customer Service Planner

About the role

We are seeking a Customer Service Planner to join our Basildon office on a part‑time, fixed‑term basis. You will handle a high volume of calls, liaising with clients, subcontractors and supervisors to schedule appointments that meet our Service Level Agreements.

Key responsibilities

• Answer inbound calls and respond to emails from residents and stakeholders.
• Use the in‑house scheduling system to allocate operatives and subcontractors to jobs.
• Coordinate complex repairs, manage demanding customer situations and ensure accurate appointment setting.
• Maintain records of appointments, service requests and follow‑up actions.

Required profile

• Previous experience in a similar customer‑service or planning role is advantageous.
• Strong office administration background with excellent phone etiquette.
• Ability to communicate clearly with a range of stakeholders.
• Goal‑oriented and able to work towards performance targets.
