Customer Service Representative – Account Management

About the role

We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to manage a portfolio of accounts within a defined territory, delivering high‑quality support and building long‑term client relationships. The role combines day‑to‑day customer service with strategic account growth and includes regular overseas visits.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of B2B clients, handling queries and resolving issues promptly.
• Deliver exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
• Travel abroad approximately once every two months to meet clients, conduct reviews, and strengthen relationships.
• Identify upsell and cross‑sell opportunities and collaborate with internal teams to implement growth plans.
• Monitor account performance, maintain accurate records, and produce regular activity reports.
• Coordinate with sales, operations, and support teams to ensure seamless service delivery.

Required profile

• Proven experience in customer service and B2B account management.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Willingness and ability to travel overseas regularly.
• Excellent organisational abilities and attention to detail.
• Capacity to manage competing priorities effectively.
