About the role

The Apprenticeship Programme at Acorn Insurance offers a full‑time Customer Service Representative position based in Liverpool. You will develop core insurance and customer‑service skills while working on a fixed‑term contract that can lead to permanent employment.

Key responsibilities

• Meet daily and weekly KPIs, contributing to team targets and earning salary progression.
• Deliver high‑quality service, achieving strong call audit scores and maintaining quality standards.
• Handle customer complaints with empathy, turning issues into positive experiences.
• Process policy enquiries and changes, providing accurate information on insurance products.
• Provide a VIP‑level experience for all customers, ensuring satisfaction and loyalty.
• Represent the Acorn Insurance brand positively in every interaction.
