About the role

An established, family‑run business is looking for a motivated Customer Service Representative to join its busy team in Tanworth‑in‑Arden. You will be the first point of contact for members, handling enquiries across multiple channels and supporting contract administration.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to enquiries via live chat, email, text and phone with professionalism and efficiency.
• Manage contracts and associated administrative tasks.
• Collaborate with Membership, Development, Sales and Marketing teams.
• Proactively solve problems and contribute to overall member satisfaction.

Required profile

• Previous experience in a customer service role.
• Strong interpersonal and organisational skills with keen attention to detail.
• Confident and polite telephone manner.
• Ability to prioritise tasks during busy periods and work independently or as part of a team.
