Customer Service Representative

About the role

Reporting to the Logistics Key Account Manager, you will support Heineken UK’s Export function by managing order‑to‑delivery processes. The role combines customer service and logistics, ensuring orders are processed accurately and delivered on time.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a defined portfolio of accounts, processing orders and allocating them to optimal delivery routes.
• Collaborate with Supply Chain, Planning, Customer Service and Warehouse teams to maintain smooth operations.
• Resolve delivery‑related issues within 48 hours by engaging appropriate internal contacts.
• Monitor and help achieve the “On Time In Full” service target of 95 % or above.
• Follow established logistics processes and standards to ensure consistency and operational excellence.

Required profile

• Previous experience in logistics, customer service or export environments.
• Strong attention to detail and proactive problem‑solving.
• Excellent stakeholder management for internal and external customers.
• Effective administration and organisational skills.
