Customer Service Representative

About the role

We are seeking a proactive, customer‑focused Customer Service Representative to join our team in Northend. You will play a key part in delivering exceptional service, supporting sales targets and building lasting relationships with our customers.

Key responsibilities

• Manage allocated customer accounts and key contacts.
• Support the achievement of sales targets through accurate order processing and effective account management.
• Raise Holcim’s profile across designated sales channels while delivering a best‑in‑class customer experience.
• Resolve complaints promptly and reduce service or sales errors.

Required profile

• Proven experience in customer service, sales support or account management.
• Strong communication, negotiation and relationship‑building abilities.
• Excellent organisation, planning and time‑management skills.
• Commercial awareness with a proactive, customer‑first mindset.

Required skills

• IT literate with experience using CRM systems, preferably Salesforce.
• Ability to process orders accurately and handle complaint resolution.
