Customer Service Representative

About the role

We are seeking a customer‑focused professional to join our growing team in Wallsend. You will be the first point of contact for customers, handling enquiries, processing orders and ensuring a smooth, positive experience from start to finish.

Key responsibilities

• Manage customer enquiries via phone, email and other channels.
• Process orders accurately and efficiently.
• Provide timely updates and support throughout the customer journey.
• Investigate and resolve queries and complaints.
• Liaise with internal departments to meet customer requirements.
• Maintain accurate records in internal systems and databases.
• Build positive relationships with customers and key stakeholders.
• Support continuous‑improvement initiatives to enhance service delivery.

Required profile

• Previous experience in a customer service, administration or support role.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and problem‑solving ability.
• Comfortable using IT systems and Microsoft Office applications.
• Highly organised with the ability to prioritise a busy workload.
• Positive, proactive and adaptable attitude.
• Team player who enjoys delivering excellent service.
