Customer Service Representative

About the role

The Customer Service Representative will act as the primary point of contact for our clients, supporting the full customer care process across several specialised brands. Working within a collaborative team, you will ensure timely, accurate and professional service to meet and exceed client expectations.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries and manage calls, providing knowledgeable support as the first internal contact.
• Process and manage sales orders and stock transfer orders, keeping customers informed of order status and coordinating with procurement.
• Prepare and deliver customer quotations promptly and to a professional standard.
• Support Heads of Sales, Business Unit Leaders and Clinical Sales Specialists in managing key accounts.
• Generate ad‑hoc sales reports and price listings for the Clinical Sales Team.
• Contribute to a fast‑paced, positive team environment and continuous improvement initiatives using KPIs.
• Maintain extensive product knowledge to provide accurate information to clients.
• Ensure all correspondence is handled within target timelines and follow up on individual caseloads.
• Undertake additional duties for various business projects as required.

Required profile

• 2‑3 years of experience in a customer service role, preferably within a healthcare or medical‑device environment.
• Proven ability to meet and exceed customer expectations and achieve KPI targets.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently while contributing to high‑performance teams.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a professional telephone manner.
• Comfortable working in an ambiguous, changing environment and adapting quickly.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Experience with Navision or Microsoft Business Central.
• Strong administrative and IT/computing abilities.
