Customer Service Representative – Logistics & Export

About the role

Reporting to the Logistics Key Account Manager, you will support Heineken UK’s Export function by managing order‑to‑delivery processes. Working closely with Supply Chain, Planning, Customer Service and Warehouse teams, you will help ensure smooth logistics operations for a defined portfolio of accounts.

Key responsibilities

• Process customer orders accurately and allocate them to optimal delivery routes.
• Monitor order status and resolve delivery‑related issues within 48 hours.
• Maintain service standards to achieve an “On Time In Full” target of 95% or higher.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure efficient logistics flow.
• Follow established logistics processes and standards.

Required profile

• Previous experience in logistics, customer service or a related operational role.
• Strong attention to detail and proactive problem‑solving.
• Excellent stakeholder management for internal and external customers.
• Positive attitude and ability to work in a fast‑paced environment.
