Join Skinnydip London as a Store & Customer Service Representative, working both on the shop floor and online to deliver memorable experiences for fashion‑forward customers. This hybrid position blends retail duties with digital support, giving you the chance to become an expert on our product range while assisting shoppers across multiple channels.

Key responsibilities

• Provide outstanding in‑store and online customer service, ensuring each interaction is friendly and helpful.
• Offer knowledgeable, honest product advice tailored to individual needs.
• Maintain high visual‑merchandising standards and a clean, inviting store environment.
• Manage stock efficiently – receive deliveries, process returns/refunds, and rotate inventory.
• Handle sales transactions accurately on the till.
• Respond to customer enquiries via email and live chat, resolving issues related to orders, refunds, and logistics.
• Stay up‑to‑date with the latest Skinnydip products, promotions, and brand news.
• Support the wider team with daily operations, merchandising, and store cleanliness.

Required profile
