Customer Service & Sales Support Executive – German

About the role

We are looking for a bilingual Customer Service & Sales Support Executive to serve our German‑speaking customers and assist the field sales team. Working Monday to Friday, you will be the first point of contact, handling enquiries, processing orders and ensuring a smooth customer journey.

Key responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls and emails from German‑speaking customers in German and English.
• Process orders accurately and promptly, sending confirmations and resolving issues the same day where possible.
• Follow up on outstanding quotations to help convert leads into sales.
• Provide administrative support to field sales representatives in Germany and surrounding regions.
• Update and maintain the CRM system and assist with customer account set‑up.
• Collaborate with Operations to ensure seamless order fulfilment.

Required profile

• Fluent written and spoken German and English.
• Proven experience in customer service, preferably supporting sales teams or processing orders.
• Strong organisational and prioritisation abilities.
• Professional, adaptable and self‑motivated attitude.
• Excellent communication skills with high attention to detail.
