Customer Service Specialist – European language required

About the role

The manufacturing company in Middleton is expanding and needs a Customer Service Specialist to support its customers and internal teams. You will act as the first point of contact for enquiries, process orders and maintain accurate customer data while working in a collaborative, people‑focused environment.

Key responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound customer queries via phone, email or chat.
• Process customer orders and ensure timely entry into the system.
• Update and maintain customer information accurately.
• Liaise with sales, operations and finance teams to resolve issues.
• Support day‑to‑day operational tasks and undertake ad‑hoc duties as required.

Required profile

• Previous experience in customer service or administration.
• Fluency in English and at least one additional European language.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organisational abilities with attention to detail.
• Proactive problem‑solving attitude and ability to work in a fast‑paced environment.
• Willingness to travel to the Middleton site.
