Customer Service Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Customer Service Specialist to be the main operational contact for customers during complex service and maintenance projects. You will ensure smooth communication, manage updates and help meet customer expectations from start to finish.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned customer projects, building and maintaining day‑to‑day relationships.
• Prepare reports, coordinate meetings and deliver routine communications on project progress, milestones, risks and changes.
• Escalate commercial or contractual issues to the appropriate stakeholders and support quotation, estimate and invoicing processes.
• Coordinate customer‑facing activities throughout the service lifecycle, liaising with Operations, Engineering, Supply Chain, Quality and Commercial teams.
• Manage documentation, logistics and operational tasks required to support projects, monitoring delays and communicating impacts.
• Handle customer complaints, warranty and quality issues, supporting cross‑functional investigations and tracking actions to resolution.
• Identify recurring issues, propose improvements and contribute to initiatives that boost customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.

Required profile

• Previous experience in customer service, support, operations or account coordination.
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with stakeholders.
• Experience coordinating operational activities and resolving customer issues.
