Customer Service Specialist – Student Loans (Remote, UK)

About the role

Join Teleperformance’s Student Loans campaign as a Customer Service Specialist, working from home in the UK. You will handle inbound calls from students and their families, guiding them through loan applications, eligibility, payments and funding options, and helping secure their academic future.

Key responsibilities

• Answer inbound calls and provide accurate information on student loan applications.
• Assist callers with eligibility checks, payment queries, and funding details.
• Maintain detailed records of interactions in the company’s system.
• Follow compliance guidelines, including DBS and credit checks.
• Participate in a structured training program and complete a 10‑day nesting period.

Required profile

• UK residency with the right to work.
• Availability to work full‑time (40 hours/week) between 8 am and 7 pm, Monday‑Friday.
• Willingness to complete online assessments, AI role‑play, and background checks.
• Strong communication skills and a customer‑focused attitude.
