Customer Service Team Leader – £36k + Excellent Perks!

About the role

We are looking for a Customer Service Team Leader to manage our Sales Shared Services Customer Experience Associates in Poole. You will ensure high‑quality service via phone and email while driving sales and revenue growth.

Key responsibilities

• Lead a team of Customer Experience Associates, handling queries with a positive, needs‑focused approach.
• Process orders through web, email and the customer portal, entering data accurately into ERP and related systems.
• Record all order activity and queries in the company CRM and maintain up‑to‑date records.
• Identify opportunities to maximise sales and revenue and act proactively.
• Manage multiple projects, timelines and stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and timely delivery.
• Set up new logos, kitted codes and consignments with accuracy, liaising with suppliers, customers and internal teams.
• Produce commercial invoices using OGL Profit Plus, Excel and Word, and record invoice data in the CRM.

Required profile

• Strong IT skills with experience using ERP, CRM and office software.
• Proven ability to manage a team and multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
