Customer Services Administrator – Tadworth

About the role

We are seeking an organised, customer‑focused Administrator to support the sales function for our client in Tadworth. You will act as the first point of contact for customers, help process orders and ensure smooth communication between suppliers and internal teams.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to customer enquiries via telephone and email.
• Prepare quotations and support Account Managers with customer requirements.
• Process customer and supplier orders using the CRM system.
• Liaise with suppliers and internal teams to ensure on‑time deliveries.
• Organise, file and maintain paperwork and records.
• Provide RAMS and use in‑house systems (training provided).

Required profile

• Previous experience in sales support, sales administration or customer service.
• Strong communication and organisational abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks accurately.

Required skills

• Experience with CRM systems.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
