Customer Services Advisor – Premium Consumer Brand

About the role

Join a fast‑growing premium consumer brand as the first point of contact for customers. You will deliver a seamless experience across phone, email and live‑chat, handling enquiries, orders and issues with professionalism and genuine care.

Key responsibilities

• Manage customer enquiries from initial contact through to resolution.
• Process orders, refunds, replacements and credits.
• Respond to telephone, email and live‑chat queries.
• Resolve complaints efficiently and maintain accurate customer records.
• Liaise with warehouse, production and finance teams to solve logistics and payment issues.
• Track deliveries and support continuous improvement of service processes.

Required profile

• Enthusiasm for helping people and delivering excellent service.
• Previous experience in a customer‑facing role.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Confident telephone manner and friendly attitude.
• Good organisational abilities and attention to detail.
• Ability to prioritise a busy workload.
