Customer Services Coordinator

About the role

The Customer Services Coordinator will be the first point of contact for clients using our 24/7 roadside assistance network. Working from the Estuary Business Park in Liverpool, you will help coordinate fast, reliable support for logistics, transport and commercial vehicle fleets.

Key responsibilities

• Handle incoming customer calls, providing reassurance and clear communication.
• Log and manage cases using internal IT systems.
• Coordinate roadside assistance with external tyre partners.
• Monitor progress of each case and keep customers updated.
• Close cases with accurate record‑keeping.
• Support the Operations Manager with daily operational tasks.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes or service delivery.

Required profile

• Previous customer service experience, ideally in automotive, logistics or another fast‑paced environment.
• Strong communication skills with a calm, friendly approach.
• Ability to stay confident under pressure and manage difficult conversations professionally.
• Excellent attention to detail and accurate case management.
• Proactive, team‑oriented attitude.
• Willingness to work occasional weekend shifts.

• Salary £26k‑£28k per year (DOE) plus performance bonus.
