Customer Strategy Delivery Lead

About the role

The Customer Strategy Delivery Lead will co‑lead the delivery of initiatives within the Accelerating to Zero strategy, focusing on the Uninsured Driving Prevention Value Stream. Working across strategic value streams, the role ensures alignment, prioritisation and momentum to achieve measurable outcomes for the ‘We’ll Make Powerful Shifts to End Uninsured Driving for Good’ pillar.

Key responsibilities

• Lead planning and execution of uninsured driving prevention initiatives, coordinating roadmaps and backlog prioritisation with senior leadership.
• Maintain delivery momentum across workstreams, aligning to strategic goals, OKRs and benefit realisation.
• Coach and mentor colleagues, supporting stakeholder education.
• Create and oversee cross‑functional workstreams such as new product discovery, design, experimentation, and real‑time data capabilities.
• Define, track and report initiative benefits from ideation through implementation, ensuring measurable business value.
• Engage internal teams and external partners to drive cross‑stream alignment and shared outcomes.
• Develop and maintain governance artefacts, delivery plans and roadmaps in line with internal policies.
• Proactively manage risks and issues across the value stream, documenting impacts of strategic decisions.
• Prepare materials for governance meetings, senior leadership briefings and external communications.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading delivery of complex initiatives and coordinating cross‑functional teams.
• Strong stakeholder management and collaboration skills, both internal and external.
• Ability to coach, mentor and educate colleagues and partners.
• Experience with governance, risk management and benefit tracking.
• Strategic mindset with a focus on aligning technical objectives to evolving customer needs.
