Customer Success Account Manager

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Customer Success Account Manager to join a fast‑growing digital agency. In this role you will become the trusted partner for a portfolio of valued clients, shaping processes, improving the client experience and driving business growth.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and develop relationships with a portfolio of clients, acting as their primary point of contact and trusted advisor.
• Lead onboarding activities and ensure an exceptional client experience from day one.
• Conduct regular client reviews and strategy discussions to align services with client goals.
• Identify opportunities to grow accounts, increase revenue and improve client retention.
• Proactively manage risks and resolve issues quickly and professionally.
• Collaborate closely with delivery, marketing and operational teams to ensure successful project delivery.
• Monitor performance metrics and provide actionable insights to clients.
• Help build and improve scalable client‑success processes.

Required profile

• Previous experience in Account Management, Customer Success, Client Services or a similar client‑facing role.
• Proven track record of building strong client relationships and growing accounts.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Strong organisational abilities with attention to detail.
• Proactive, solutions‑focused mindset and confidence to work independently.
