Customer Success and Finance Manager

About the role

We are seeking a Customer Success and Finance Manager to own the client journey from project completion through invoicing and ongoing account management. Based in Salford Quays, you will act as the primary contact for a portfolio of clients, ensuring a seamless experience and supporting business growth.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the client journey from project hand‑over to invoice payment.
• Prepare, issue and reconcile invoices using Xero.
• Monitor accounts receivable and perform credit control.
• Maintain accurate financial records and client information in internal systems.
• Keep CRM records, documentation and communications up to date.
• Build and nurture strong relationships with existing clients.
• Respond to customer queries and provide ongoing support.
• Gather client feedback, testimonials and online reviews.
• Identify referral opportunities and promote additional services.
• Schedule regular client reviews and encourage repeat business.
• Collaborate with sales, finance and operations teams to deliver an excellent customer experience.
• Support continuous improvement of internal processes.

• Commercially aware and able to manage multiple priorities.
• Enjoys building long‑term client relationships.
• Comfortable working with both people and numbers.
