Customer Success Manager, Ad Sales

About the role

Spotify is looking for a highly motivated Customer Success Manager to join its Ad Sales team. You will support the full sales cycle—from RFP submission to campaign optimisation, upselling and wrap‑up—while delivering proactive, consultative service to advertisers and agency partners.

Key responsibilities

• Build deep client relationships and act as the primary point of contact throughout the sales and campaign lifecycle.
• Respond to RFPs, develop media‑planning strategies and lead campaign set‑up, launch and activation.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to structure campaigns, monitor pacing, and optimise performance against client objectives.
• Provide data‑driven insights, present campaign reporting, and identify incremental growth opportunities.
• Lead complex projects, manage creative production, and ensure accurate trafficking of assets.
• Educate clients on Spotify’s advertising products and advise on tailored campaign optimisations.
• Own post‑campaign analysis, deliver actionable recommendations and support billing processes.
