Customer Success Manager, Enterprise (French)

About the role

Semrush is looking for an Enterprise Customer Success Manager who will own the renewal and retention journey for our biggest accounts. You will act as a trusted advisor, ensuring customers realize continuous value from our platform and identifying opportunities to expand the relationship.

Key responsibilities

• Drive high customer retention and renewal rates by managing the renewal pipeline and negotiating contracts.
• Identify upsell and cross‑sell opportunities in collaboration with account and marketing teams.
• Build and nurture strong relationships with key stakeholders, including marketing operations and leadership teams.
• Conduct regular business reviews to demonstrate ROI and propose customized strategies.
• Translate customer workflows into measurable business value delivered by Semrush tools.
• Advocate for customer needs internally, providing feedback on product improvements.
• Develop and execute detailed, customized success plans, coordinating cross‑functional resources.
• Continuously evaluate customer needs to uncover growth opportunities and drive product adoption.
