Customer Success Manager – French Speaking

About the role

Encompass is looking for a Customer Success Manager who can support French‑speaking financial services clients. Based in London, you will work closely with sales, product and support teams to ensure smooth onboarding, adoption and growth of our KYC automation platform.

Key responsibilities

• Provide French‑language pre‑sales support, including discovery calls, product demos and prospect queries.
• Assist delivery services during client implementation and onboarding, ensuring bilingual communication.
• Develop and execute customer success account plans to maximise user adoption and drive advocacy.
• Identify upsell opportunities for recurring revenue and professional services.
• Conduct user training, shadowing and data‑driven investigations to improve platform experience.
• Act as the internal voice of the customer, advocating for issue resolution and product enhancements.

Required profile

• Fluent in French and English, both written and spoken.
• Proven experience in customer success or account management within the financial services or FinTech sector.
• Strong understanding of KYC, regulatory compliance and digital identity solutions.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
