Customer Success Manager (French Speaking)

About the role

Adthena is seeking a French‑speaking Customer Success Manager to help clients maximise the value of its AI‑powered search intelligence platform. You will act as the trusted advisor for French‑language accounts, ensuring they achieve their paid‑search goals and retain a strong partnership with Adthena.

Key responsibilities

• Onboard new French‑speaking customers, guiding them through product setup and best‑practice adoption.
• Monitor client health metrics, proactively addressing issues and driving product usage.
• Collaborate with the account management team to identify renewal and expansion opportunities.
• Gather client feedback and relay insights to product and engineering teams.
• Deliver regular performance reviews and strategic recommendations in French.

Required profile

• Fluent in French (written and spoken) with excellent communication skills.
• Experience in a SaaS or technology‑focused customer success or account management role.
• Strong analytical mindset and ability to translate data into actionable insights.
• Self‑starter comfortable working remotely and managing multiple accounts.
