Customer Success Manager

About the role

LinkedIn is seeking a Customer Success Manager to join its Talent Solutions organisation in London. In this hybrid role you will act as a trusted advisor to large enterprise staffing clients, helping them maximise the value of LinkedIn’s recruiting products and data.

Key responsibilities

• Develop optimisation and retention strategies for enterprise staffing customers, aligning LinkedIn solutions with client objectives.
• Own the value‑assurance journey from onboarding through planning, review and value articulation.
• Maintain senior‑level relationships (Director+), providing industry insights and strategic advice.
• Conduct in‑person meetings and host customer events focused on product optimisation and enablement.
• Partner with the LinkedIn sales team to lead post‑sales implementation, project management and identify commercial opportunities.
• Analyse LinkedIn, client and market data to generate insights that drive customer success.
• Stay current on recruitment trends, benchmarking and best practices to act as a thought leader.

Required profile

• 3+ years of experience in customer success, account management or a related client‑facing role.
• Proven ability to build and sustain relationships with senior stakeholders.
• Strong analytical mindset with experience using data to influence decisions.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
