Customer Success Manager – Search & Staffing (UK)

About the role

LinkedIn is seeking a Customer Success Manager to join its Talent Solutions team in London. You will act as a trusted advisor to large enterprise staffing clients across the UK, helping them maximise the value of LinkedIn’s recruiting products and data.

Key responsibilities

• Develop optimisation and retention strategies for enterprise staffing customers, aligning LinkedIn solutions with their business objectives.
• Own the value‑assurance journey from onboarding through planning, review and value articulation.
• Maintain senior‑level relationships (Director+), providing industry insights and strategic advice.
• Host in‑person and virtual events to drive product optimisation and enablement at scale.
• Partner with the sales organisation on post‑sales implementation, project management and commercial opportunity identification.
• Analyse LinkedIn and client data to generate actionable insights that improve customer outcomes.
• Stay current on recruitment trends, benchmarking and best practices to act as a thought leader.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in customer success, account management or a related client‑facing role within the staffing or recruitment industry.
• Proven ability to build and sustain relationships with senior stakeholders.
• Strong analytical mindset with experience using data to drive decisions.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
