Customer Success Representative (Remote, UK/Netherlands/France)

About the role

Join Gallagher & eShepherd as a Customer Success Representative, helping livestock producers across the UK, Netherlands and France adopt and maximise the value of the eShepherd virtual‑fencing platform. You will work remotely, guiding customers through onboarding, training and ongoing engagement while becoming a trusted partner in their farming operations.

Key responsibilities

• Guide customers through onboarding, implementation and training of the eShepherd platform.
• Support producers as they integrate virtual fencing into daily operations.
• Monitor usage, proactively address adoption challenges and drive long‑term retention.
• Develop and maintain trusted relationships with livestock producers and key stakeholders.
• Collect customer feedback and share insights with Product and Development teams.
• Contribute to best‑practice adoption across the customer base and stay up‑to‑date with AgTech trends.

Required profile

• Experience managing customer relationships, accounts or client portfolios.
• Strong communication skills in English and either Dutch or French.
• Genuine interest in agriculture, livestock production or emerging farm technology.
• Open to candidates from agriculture, AgTech, customer success, account management or farm advisory backgrounds.
