Customer Support Agent

About the role

We are looking for a Customer Support Agent to join Talos360’s growing team in Warrington. You will be the first point of contact for B2B clients using our recruitment technology, helping them navigate the software and resolve any issues.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to customer enquiries via the Support Portal, Intercom and live‑chat channels.
• Guide users through Talos ATS and Talos Engage, ensuring a smooth experience.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot technical problems, providing clear solutions.
• Document interactions and maintain accurate records in the support system.
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to relay feedback and improve the platform.

Required profile

• Previous experience in B2B customer service or call‑center environments.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize and solve problems quickly.
• Enthusiasm for learning new software tools.
