Customer Support Coordinator

About the role

We are looking for a Customer Support Coordinator to join our fast‑paced, customer‑focused team in Marlow. The role combines inbound customer interaction, operational admin support and account coordination, ensuring enquiries are handled efficiently and customers receive a positive experience.

Key responsibilities

• Handle a high volume of inbound calls, emails and live‑chat enquiries.
• Process bookings, orders and service requests, supporting customers throughout the order journey.
• Respond to sales enquiries and forward qualified leads to the sales team.
• Prepare confirmations, delivery details and regular reports.
• Maintain accurate CRM records in HubSpot.
• Assist with invoicing, reporting and general administrative tasks.
• Liaise with internal teams and external suppliers.
• Support onboarding activities, manage shared inboxes and perform general administration.

Required profile

• Confident, proactive individual who thrives in a dynamic environment.
• Excellent communication skills on phone and email.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
• Strong attention to detail, especially with data and documentation.
• Proactive, organised and willing to take ownership of tasks.
• Team player with a collaborative attitude.
• Minimum 1 year of customer service, client‑facing or administrative experience.

Required skills

• Microsoft Office suite.
• Excel (including pivot tables and look‑ups).
• HubSpot CRM.
