Customer Support & Logistics Coordinator

Join a global leader in industrial tools and join our Spennymoor team as a pivotal link in our customer excellence chain. As a Support Coordinator, you will be the face of our brand, ensuring seamless communication between clients, technicians, and our after-sales service teams.

Main Responsibilities

• Act as the primary point of contact for customers and agents via telephone and email.
• Manage end-to-end warranty claims, including repair logistics and transport coordination.
• Utilize Salesforce, SAP, and CFIN to accurately record data and resolve complex billing inquiries.
• Collaborate closely with technicians and the After Sales Service team to provide real-time updates and follow up on repairs.
• Provide professional quotes and handle customer complaints with a solution-oriented mindset.
• Ensure strict adherence to standard operating procedures (SOP) to maintain service quality.

Candidate Profile

• Proven experience in administration, customer coordination, or a similar client-facing role.
• Highly organized professional with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to manage diverse stakeholders.
• Customer-centric mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Required Skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Experience with ERP systems (SAP preferred).
• CRM proficiency (Salesforce).
• Logistics and warranty management coordination.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
