Customer Support Manager – Bedfordshire

About the role

We are looking for a Customer Support Manager to join our team in the South Midlands, ideally based around Bedfordshire. The role manages the post‑completion customer experience, carries out inspections to ensure home quality before and after handover, and identifies any remedial work needed across Miller Homes sites.

Key responsibilities

• Own the customer journey after completion, delivering a world‑class experience.
• Use the pre‑completion checklist to verify that new homes meet Miller Homes standards, the New Homes Quality Code, and customer expectations.
• Communicate with customers after move‑in to ensure they have no concerns and are settling smoothly.
• Analyse reported defects fairly and ensure work is completed within agreed service‑level timeframes.

Required profile

• Strong, engaging communication style with a passion for customer interaction.
• Ability to build trust with both customers and contractors.
• Calm and professional handling of difficult customers, clients, and situations.

Required skills

• Understanding of the New Homes Quality Code.
• General knowledge of NHBC Technical Requirements/Guidelines.
