Customer Support Representative - French Speaking

About the role

OpenTable is looking for a French‑speaking Customer Support Representative to join its UK team. You will be the primary point of contact for diners and restaurant partners worldwide, helping them resolve issues and enjoy a seamless booking experience.

Key responsibilities

• Handle inbound calls, emails, chats and WhatsApp messages from customers in both French and English.
• Diagnose and resolve product‑related questions, escalating when necessary.
• Log every interaction accurately in the Salesforce CRM system.
• Maintain a positive, solution‑focused attitude to ensure customers finish each interaction satisfied.

Required profile

• Fluent written and spoken French and English (native‑level proficiency).
• Strong logical thinking and a genuine passion for helping people.
• Ability to work flexible shifts, including public holidays, within the 07:00‑20:00 UK support window.
• Willingness to work three days a week onsite in the London office.

Required skills

• Experience using Salesforce or a similar CRM platform.
