Customer Support Representative – Mandarin Speaking

About the role

We are looking for a Mandarin‑speaking Customer Support Representative to join our London team. You will provide high‑quality assistance to Mandarin‑speaking clients in the forex trading sector, handling inquiries and issues during evening and weekend shifts.

Key responsibilities

• Respond promptly to client inquiries via phone, email and live chat in Mandarin.
• Explain forex trading platforms, products and basic concepts.
• Assist with account registration, verification and onboarding documentation.
• Provide technical support for trading software and guide users through platform features.
• Escalate complex cases to compliance, sales or other specialised teams.
• Record all interactions and resolutions in the CRM system.
• Participate in ongoing training to deepen forex knowledge and service skills.

Required profile

• Fluent Mandarin and proficient English.
• Availability for onsite weekend and evening shifts.
• Recent graduate or early‑career professional.
• Strong communication, problem‑solving and time‑management abilities.
• Professional, empathetic and able to work both independently and in a team.
