Customer Supporter – Part‑time, Ely

About the role

Join the vibrant retirement community at Baird Lodge in Ely as a Customer Supporter. Working part‑time, you will be the friendly face that welcomes residents and helps create a lively, supportive environment.

Key responsibilities

• Provide front‑of‑house reception support and greet customers.
• Design and deliver individual and group activities that reflect personal interests.
• Promote, review and adapt activities to help residents achieve personal goals.
• Assist residents in connecting with the local community and maintaining independence.
• Work flexibly, including occasional weekends, to meet the needs of the community.

Required profile

• Willingness to work towards an NVQ Level 2 in Health and Social Care (or already hold it).
• Strong interpersonal and customer‑care abilities.
• Confidence in prioritising tasks and meeting deadlines.

Required skills

• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Word.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
