Customer Supporter – Part‑time (St Helens)

About the role
Join Sanctuary Group’s vibrant retirement community in St Helens as a Customer Supporter. You will be the welcoming face of the site, helping residents feel valued and connected while delivering front‑of‑house support on a part‑time basis.
Key responsibilities
- Greet residents and visitors, providing courteous front‑of‑house reception.
- Design and lead individual or group activities that reflect residents’ interests and promote wellbeing.
- Encourage residents to engage with the local community and maintain independence.
- Promote, review and adapt activities to help residents achieve personal goals.
- Work flexibly, including occasional weekends, to ensure consistent support.
Required profile
- Strong interpersonal and customer‑care abilities.
- Confidence in prioritising tasks and meeting deadlines.
- Willingness to work towards or hold an NVQ Level 2 in Health and Social Care.
- Flexible approach to weekend working.
Required skills
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Word.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
