Cyber Security Analyst – Security Operations (Hybrid)

About the role

Join a leading UK organisation as a Cyber Security Analyst focused on security awareness and operations. You will work hybrid, initially three days a week in the Leatherhead office, then a minimum of two to three days on‑site, supporting both the cyber‑security team and the wider infrastructure group.

Key responsibilities

• Administer the KnowBe4 Security Awareness Platform, delivering targeted training and phishing simulations.
• Plan, execute and report on phishing campaigns, monitoring completion rates and compliance.
• Produce security‑awareness and compliance reports for senior stakeholders.
• Support the Infrastructure Team with threat intelligence from the Managed SOC.
• Investigate and respond to security alerts and incidents.
• Assist with vulnerability management, remediation activities, Microsoft Defender and Microsoft Sentinel operations.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a cyber‑security professional, preferably with hands‑on KnowBe4 platform usage.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a hybrid environment and integrate quickly with a team.
• Strong analytical skills for threat intel, incident response and reporting.

What we offer

• £378.09 per day PAYE rate plus holiday pay (£45), totalling approx. £424 per day.
