Cyber Security Trainee (Entry-Level Placement Programme)

About the role

This fully remote trainee programme is designed for individuals with no prior experience who want to launch a career in IT and cyber security. Over a few weeks to months you will complete accredited online training, gain hands‑on lab experience and earn recognised CompTIA certifications, leading to a guaranteed entry‑level IT technician role.

Key responsibilities

• Complete a series of CompTIA‑accredited online courses covering IT fundamentals, networking and cyber security.
• Participate in practical labs to apply theoretical knowledge in a simulated environment.
• Prepare for and sit the CompTIA A+ and CompTIA Network+ examinations.
• Collaborate with a dedicated tutor and mentor throughout the training period.
• Transition into a paid IT technician position once certifications are achieved.

Required profile

• No previous IT or cyber security experience required.
• Motivation to start a professional career in technology.
• Ability to work full‑time remotely and commit to the training schedule.
• Basic computer literacy and willingness to engage with virtual labs.
