Cybersecurity Intern – Remote (UK)

About the role

We are seeking motivated individuals to join our cybersecurity team as remote interns supporting the UK region. This three‑month placement offers hands‑on experience with security tools, threat analysis and industry‑standard practices, guided by experienced mentors.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in identifying and analysing security vulnerabilities and threats.
• Support basic security assessments, risk analysis and compliance activities.
• Participate in monitoring systems, networks and security alerts.
• Research emerging cyber threats and attack techniques.
• Help with incident response documentation and reporting.
• Complete practical labs, case studies and cybersecurity assignments.
• Collaborate with mentors and team members on security‑related projects.

Required profile

• Pursuing or completed a degree in cybersecurity, computer science, IT or a related field.
• Strong willingness to learn and develop cybersecurity practices.
• Good analytical, problem‑solving, communication and teamwork abilities.
