Cycle Technician

About the role

Join our team delivering market‑leading cycle service and repair across kids, adult, premium, performance and electric bikes. Your passion for bikes and knack for customer interaction will help customers find and maintain their dream bike.

Key responsibilities

• Perform a wide range of service and repair tasks on all types of cycles.
• Develop and mentor fellow team members, sharing technical expertise.
• Achieve sales targets while providing exceptional customer service.
• Work on a rota basis, including weekends, to meet store operating hours.

Required profile

• Experience in servicing, building and repairing a variety of cycles.
• Proven track record of delivering great customer service, preferably in a retail or cycle‑services environment.
• Ability to share expertise with colleagues.
• Experience meeting sales targets.
• Availability to work flexible rota, including weekends.
