D365 Account Manager – Microsoft Partner (Hybrid, Surrey)

About the role

Join a leading Microsoft Dynamics 365 consultancy as an Account Manager. You will act as the primary liaison for D365 customers, helping them maximise the value of their investment while driving account growth.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and develop strong relationships with a portfolio of D365 customers.
• Serve as the main point of contact, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Identify opportunities for upgrades, enhancements, and additional support services within Business Central.
• Understand customer goals, challenges, and business requirements to propose improvements.
• Collaborate with internal consultants and delivery teams to ensure successful outcomes.
• Support renewals, account growth, and the identification of new services or solutions.
• Maintain accurate account plans, customer records, and opportunity pipelines.

Required profile

• Experience managing customer accounts within a D365, ERP, CRM or technology consultancy environment.
• Strong understanding of customer relationship management and account development.
• Proven ability to build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders.
• Commercial awareness with the ability to identify growth opportunities.
• Excellent communication, organisation, and stakeholder‑management skills.
