D365 Business Central Support & Systems Administrator

About the role

We are seeking a D365 Business Central Support & Systems Administrator to own the day‑to‑day support, administration and continuous improvement of our Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central environment. The role is hybrid, based in London or Bristol, with two days on‑site each week.

Key responsibilities

• Provide 2nd and 3rd line support to business users.
• Manage user access, permissions, security roles and system configuration.
• Investigate, troubleshoot and resolve system issues.
• Configure workflows, reports, dashboards and system settings.
• Monitor system performance, data quality and data integrity.
• Maintain system documentation, support processes and knowledge articles.
• Support delivery of new Business Central projects, upgrades and enhancements.
• Coordinate with implementation partners and technical teams throughout project lifecycles.
• Assist with data migration, system configuration and user onboarding.
• Drive user adoption and continuous improvement across the platform.
• Coordinate and execute User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities.
• Perform functional and regression testing for new releases, upgrades and system changes.
• Validate system enhancements before deployment into production.

Required profile

• Experience as a D365 Business Central Support Consultant or similar role.
• Proven ability to work independently and collaborate with technical and business teams.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
