Daily Supply Primary Teacher – Southeast London

About the role

Prospero Teaching is seeking enthusiastic Primary Teachers to work on a daily supply basis across a range of primary schools in Southeast London. The role offers immediate start dates, flexible day‑to‑day scheduling and the chance to gain experience in different classroom settings while maintaining a healthy work‑life balance.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver pre‑planned lessons for EYFS, KS1 or KS2 classes.
• Maintain positive classroom behaviour and keep pupils engaged.
• Ensure students stay on task and continue their learning throughout the day.
• Provide end‑of‑day feedback to the class teacher.
• Adapt quickly to varying school environments and year groups.

Required profile

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) in the UK.
• Experience teaching in UK primary schools.
• Strong classroom and behaviour management abilities.
• Flexible, proactive approach to daily supply work.
• Enhanced DBS on the Update Service or willingness to obtain one.
