Daily Supply Teacher – Primary Schools in Hillingdon

About the role

Tradewind Recruitment is seeking qualified primary teachers to provide daily supply cover across the Borough of Hillingdon. This flexible role allows you to work one to several days a week, matching your availability while gaining experience in a variety of mainstream primary schools.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver pre‑planned lessons for EYFS, KS1 or KS2 based on your preference.
• Maintain classroom routines, behaviour expectations and a positive learning environment.
• Ensure pupils stay on task and engaged throughout the day.
• Provide a brief hand‑over report to the school at the end of each placement.
• Represent Tradewind Recruitment professionally within each school.

Required profile

• Qualified primary teacher (Qualified Teacher Status or equivalent).
• Willingness to work on a day‑by‑day basis across different schools.
• Ability to follow existing lesson plans and school policies.
• Strong classroom management skills.
