Daily Supply Teaching Assistant

About the role
Join a network of welcoming schools across Havering and East London as a Daily Supply Teaching Assistant. This flexible role lets you choose the days you work while supporting pupils in primary, secondary and early years settings.
Key responsibilities
- Support pupils individually or in small groups.
- Assist teachers with lesson delivery and classroom management.
- Provide calm, structure and positivity in busy classroom environments.
- Help pupils with additional needs where required.
- Ensure smooth learning throughout the school day.
Required profile
- Experience working with children or young people (school‑based experience ideal but not essential).
- Background in childcare, tutoring, youth work, coaching or SEN support is welcome.
- Friendly, adaptable and confident personality.
- Comfortable working in new and varied school environments.
- Genuine passion for supporting young people to succeed.
Required skills
- None explicit technical skills are required; focus is on supporting pupils and assisting teachers.
