Dance Teacher (KS3 & KS4)

About the role

Reeson Education is supporting a large mainstream secondary school in Lambeth to recruit a full‑time Dance Teacher for the September 2026 start date. The role involves teaching dance to students in Key Stages 3 and 4, delivering the curriculum in line with the current examination specifications.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and deliver engaging dance lessons for KS3 and KS4.
• Follow the departmental schemes of work and the latest examination specifications.
• Record student attendance and progress using the SIMS system.
• Adhere to the school’s teaching standards, health and safety procedures, and classroom management policy.
• Utilise ICT resources and other teaching materials to enhance learning.
• Participate in in‑service training, classroom observations and feedback sessions as required.
