Danish Speaking Customer Service Advisor

About the role
We are seeking a fluent Danish speaker to join a global company as a Customer Service Advisor based in Watford. The role offers a hybrid working pattern with office days on Monday and Thursday and the remainder working from home.
Key responsibilities
- Provide support to customers and stakeholders via telephone and email.
- Answer inbound enquiries and manage a shared inbox.
- Process customer orders and provide updates on stock availability.
- Collaborate with customers and internal teams to resolve issues.
- Run daily and weekly reports on stock levels and order‑to‑delivery speeds.
Required profile
- Fluent in Danish (spoken and written).
- Strong communication and relationship‑building abilities.
- Professional, adaptable and able to work independently.
- Commutable distance to Watford and legal right to work in the UK.
