Data Administrator – 3‑Month Contract (Hybrid)

About the role

We are looking for a meticulous Data Administrator to join a fast‑growing commercial services organisation in Reading on a three‑month contract, with a strong possibility of extension. You will support a key data‑improvement project by ensuring that information across multiple systems is accurate, consistent and reliable.

Key responsibilities

• Reconcile and match data across various systems using unique identifiers.
• Perform data‑cleansing activities within the Client, Site & Contract Management System.
• Analyse and interpret data from different sources to maintain accuracy and consistency.
• Identify discrepancies, resolve data issues promptly and collaborate with operational teams to validate information.
• Maintain high standards of data quality, accuracy and integrity.
• Support ongoing improvements to data processes and systems.

Required profile

• Strong administrative background with excellent organisational skills.
• Methodical, accurate and detail‑focused.
• Comfortable working with data across multiple systems.
• Effective communication and collaborative abilities.
• Proactive, reliable and able to manage workload independently.

Required skills

• Experience with operational systems or databases (desirable).
